Abstract:Abstract: [Objective] To explore the short-time effect analysis of Jacoby osteotomy combined Reverdin orthopedics in Second metatarsal bone necrosis combined hallux valgus and provide basic methods and theories for the clinical treatment of the second metatarsal necrosis combined with hallux valgus.[Method] 13 patients with the second metatarsal necrosis combined with hallux valgus underwent the Jacoby osteotomy and Reveddin orthormorphia. After operation, all patients do systemic function exercises.[Results]All patients were followed up from12 to 36 months . One patient developed pain in the secondmetatarsophalangeal joints during flexion and extension because of the recurrence of hallux valgus 1 year after surgery. One patient had loose internal fixation and delayed fracture healing due to premature lower ground activity, the rest of the patients returned to normal walking ability. All patients were scored according to the American Ankle Surgery Association Maryland toe joint percentage score: 8 cases were excellent, 3 cases were good, 2 cases were fair, 0 case were poor, excellent rate was 84.6%.[Conclusion]The second metatarsal necrosis often combined with severehallux valgus, Jacoby osteotomy combined with Reventin orthopedics can effectively improve the patient's pain symptoms and metatarsophalangeal joint function, then improve the quality of life. But the recurrence of hallux valgus should be appreciated after surgery.
