Objective： To explore the clinical effect of MED system-assisted interbody autogenous bone transplantation and internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis and its effect on lumbar function. Methods： Ninety-two patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis admitted to our department in recent three years were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment time. The recovery effect of MED-assisted intervertebral autogenous bone transplantation and internal fixation was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were followed up regularly after operation， and the clinical symptoms and imaging evaluation indexes were reviewed. Results： VAS score， ODI score and slip degree improved significantly at the last follow-up， and the reduction rate and fusion rate were satisfactory at the last follow-up. There were significant differences between the last follow-up and preoperative indexes （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional operation， the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with autogenous bone transplantation and internal fixation is effective. It is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and imaging results， and to enhance the effect of lumbar functional recovery. It is suggested that further large sample study and clinical promotion be carried out.
