Abstract:[Objective] To evaluate the clinical result of dorsal incision for the treatment of unstable dorsal distal radius fractures.[Methods] From October ,2010 to November 2016,a total of 46 patients with unstable dorsal distal radius fractures undergone dorsal fixation with double locking plate.[Results] The patients were followed up from 1 year and 1 month to 6 years and 2 months, average 38.3 months.According to the evaluation of Gartland-Werley and the measurement of the angular variation of volar inclination, ulnar declination, radial height. The result was excellent in 20 cases, good in 21 cases and fair in 5 cases, with the excellent and good rate of 89.1%. [Conclusion] Effect of dorsal incision for the treatment of unstable dorsal distal radius fractures was satisfied.
