Abstract:Vertebral hemangiomas (VH) is a common mismatched lesion of the vertebral body. It is usually a benign primary tumor, accounting for 2% to 3% of all spinal tumors, with an incidence of 12%. 27%, more common in middle-aged women [1]. This lesion is vascular-derived and, like other parts of the hemangioma, usually involves the proliferation of normal capillary and venous structures [2]. It is recalled that a patient with thoracic invasive hemangioma was admitted to our hospital on April 12, 2018. Endovascular embolization and open surgery were performed with good results. The report is as follows.
